Make your check payable to California Hard Money Lender, and mail to:

Have a Chase Bank branch near you? Deposit a check or cash directly into our account.

Please contact our office to receive our direct deposit instructions.

Electronic Payment Option:

ZELLE

Pay by Zelle using “email address” as the recipient email address.

Electronic Wire Transfer

Contact your bank or visit your bank’s online instructions to learn how to wire your payment.

Then contact our office to receive our wire instructions. In addition to your bank’s fees,

electronic wire transfers are subject to a $25 wire fee, due to California Hard Money Lender.

ACH TRANSFER

ACH payments allow you to make an electronic payment directly from your bank account. This
is a popular payment option and no ACH fee is charged.

Please note that ACH payments initiated prior to 4:00 p.m. Pacific time are typically received
by us the next business day. You may also set up recurring ACH payments through your bank.
Please contact our office to receive ACH instructions.

Bill Pay

Many banks allow you to issue a check electronically from your account. Your bank will generate
a check and mail it to us on your behalf. Each bank is different, so visit your bank’s online
instructions to learn how. Please be sure to consider processing and delivery time when you
schedule your payment to ensure it arrives within the grace period. It’s important that you
include your loan number in the memo section and have the check mailed to:

Helpful Tips: Setting up an automated, recurring payment helps ensure you never miss a
payment. We suggest you monitor your account to ensure a recurring payment is issued. California Hard Money Lender does not manage or have access to your scheduled payments, nor will it be
responsible for non-delivery or late delivery of your payment. Payments must be RECEIVED
(not postmarked) by your due date plus applicable grace period.
